First, you will notice a new look to our invoices. Changes were made to make our invoices
easier for you to read. Our statements will soon have a new look. We have also added an area
where we can place messages that will update you on new products and services.

Second, we are now offering more ways for how you can receive your invoices and statements.
These new options provide copies of your bills that are identical to what you would
normally receive in the US Mail and provide several additional benefits.
Below is a summary of the new options:

Email You will receive an Email with an easy to open PDF file. All the invoices generated from the previous day will be sent to you the next business day. Fax You will receive a Fax with all the invoices generated from the previous day. If desired, you can select a time of day (Morning,AFternoon, Evening) that you would prefer to receive the invoices. * Receive your invoices faster

Invoice Gateway With this option you can access your invoices and statements anytime on our secure web site. From the site you can search, sort, view, download, and even pay your invoices. We let you take advantage of early payment discounts and schedule your payment dates.
All you have to do to enroll is go to (enter web link here) or click on the Invoice Gateway link on our website and enter the web token found at the bottom of your invoice.		 * Receive your invoices faster

Of course, you can continue to receive your invoices via the U.S. Mail. However, I am
confident that you will find one of the above ways of receiving your bills to be
better for your buisness.

Another added incentive is the good you will be doing for the environment
by choosing EMail, or Fax.
